76 yrs. Female. I suffer with scoliosis (curvature of the spine). I have been walking/jogging my entire life, but in Nov 2020 when I ran, my back hurt in one or two places. 73 years. Started iHeRQules 12-21, 2020 and wow! My get up and go as well as my motivation factor has increased. I’m now tackling projects that I have always put on the back burner.
